Ofat to start for Larks; promotions set

Chris Ofat will be making the start for the Hays Larks in today's home game against the Wichita Braves, his first since experiencing arm trouble earlier in the summer. Game time is 7 p.m. at Larks Park.

A-1 Plank & Scaffold, the sponsor for tonight's game, will raffle away a 4-foot ready roll, which is similar to a scaffolding used by painters.

Larks Autograph and Picture Night will be on Saturday. Rolls of color pictures of Larks players will be sold for $1. Players will be available for autographs between 5:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at Larks Park, and after the 7 p.m. game against the Salina Blue Jays. For those wanting their picture taken with a Larks player, they can have a Polaroid snapshot for $1.
